Minnesota Coalition for Healing

Minnesota Coalition for Healing is a non-profit whose mission is to provide psychological, physical and medical resources as well as services for people escaping situations of organized violence.

 

The clients we serve through the Minnesota Coalition for Healing often come from backgrounds of human trafficking, religious cults, and gang affiliation. In these organizations, people are viewed as commodities having no rights.  Those in power work very hard to retain what they feel are their “possessions”, thus our clients are relentlessly and violently pursued, hunted and recruited back.  Conditioning, dissociation, self-hatred and post- traumatic stress are challenges that these clients suffer, all of which require consistent and specialized interventions.
